ECOD Archive is a module of the ECOD platform designed for e-document storage. ECOD Archive can store any type of documents indicated by the client, including e-invoices.
ECOD Archive complies with the EU Council Directive 2001/115/EC on E-Invoicing and national laws (e.g Polish, Bulgarian, Hungarian). It also guarantees document storage for the period required by legislation, at the client’s discretion. It also provides remote, configurable access for Revenue Offices.
ECOD Delivery Manager is a module of the ECOD platform which enables the supplier and the buyer (trade chain, logistics center, producer) to view and book or change the term of delivery of the ordered goods
ECOD Factoring is intended for factoring firms, banks, and entities interested in financing their transactions through factoring.
ECOD Data Share is a tool allowing the clients who send e-documents through the ECOD platform to freely use the information contained in these documents. With the help of this solution the client is able to compare and analyze data, and to present it in the form of charts and diagrams. This application provides modern managers with quick access to information, which is often a step to success on the path to achieving a competitive advantage.
ECOD Tracker is a module of the ECOD platform which helps exercise regular control over e-documents exchanged with business partners. Having logged in to a dedicated website, the client obtains access to the status of all company documents (e.g. orders, invoices, dispatch advices, sales reports etc.).
ECOD SA2 Products is a joint solution provided by Comarch and SA2 Worldsync Polska, enabling the global synchronization of product data between producers and trade chains by means of the Global Data Synchronization Network – GDSN.
ECOD Packaging is a module of the ECOD Platform which was designed in answer to clients’ inquiries about the possibility of transferring information concerning multiple use packaging, such as transportation pallets or plastic boxes for meat or bread. The solution enables the exchange of key information on the circulation of reusable packaging in the supply chain, which is available through a dedicated website to every company participating in the exchange process.
ECOD Agent is a comprehensive, professional sales support system of the Sales Force Automation class, which provides comprehensive operation of a point of sale by mobile sales representatives. The system is part of a broad range of ECOD products which includes ECOD Operator - an EDI platform, ECOD Distribution - services in communication and reporting in the distribution channel, and ECOD Business Portal - a system for analyses and reports.
ECOD Distribution is a communication-integration platform enabling daily reporting to the producer on important business information from the distribution channel including inventory reports and resales of the company’s own products. The platform was designed according to Comarch’s experience in EDI communication (Electronic Data Interchange), integration with KF/ERP systems, and knowledge of the business processes taking place in the environment of production and trade companies.
ECOD Business Portal is a solution for communication and reporting, with an aim to facilitate communication and cooperation between a producer and its distributors. ECOD Business Portal offers many unique functions in data reporting, transferring information about planned and current promotional campaigns, monitoring the realization of sales and sales-related targets, and communication.
